For manufacturing these printing cylinders, we carry out the entire process from the nickel plating, copper plating, surface finishing, engraving, chrome plating and lastly finishing off with a printing proof including a colour management quality report.
Steel Base
Manufactured from thick cast steel pipes, our 300 meters per minute tested cylinders can ensure a smooth top speed printing process. The thick walled pipes ensure versatility of the cylinder size usage adding to the fixed assets of our customers by reusing our cylinders for different orders with different product sizes.
