A: We highly recommend submitting orders using CIF terms, so that we would be responsible for delivering the goods to the port of reference. However, FOB terms are also available.

A: Definitely! We offer flexibility in the length, circumference and wall thickness. We also have different surface finishings available suitable for different materials, as well as different rulings (number of lines/cm) for different applications, and different depths for ink coverage, in order to meet our clients’ needs.

A: Custom orders are handled through direct communication via emails, where a PO is submitted by the customer to indicate the commencement of production.
